Each PhoneLynk phone number has its own voicemail box. Likewise, each number can have a custom voicemail greeting. When you share a number with a collaborator they also have their own voicemail box with their own greeting, even though the underlying phone number is the same.
If you do not record a custom greeting a default greeting will be used.
